Register-based analysis of the long-term effects of epilepsy (2015)

Study of the short- and long-term socioeconomic and health care consequences of epilepsy in children and adolescents under the age of 20.
The study is split into several subanalyses.
- Analysis of the long-term socioeconomic and health-related consequences of epilepsy in the 20th and 30th year of life – educational status, occupation, income, health care costs and co-morbidity
- Analysis of the short-term health care consequences of epilepsy in the first ten years following diagnosis – health care costs and co-morbidity
- Analysis of survival rate (mortality)
