Analysis of the effect of the G-day scheme and its amendments (2015)
Conducted for the Danish Agency for Labour Market and Recruitment in association with CBS – Copenhagen Business School.
The analysis formed part of the work of the Danish Unemployment Insurance Commission set up in 2014 as well as a general mapping of the use of employer-paid unemployment days. The analysis examined the development in Danish companies’ use of G-day entitled temporary redundancies during the period 1985 to 2012 in order to document the significance and effect of the introduction of the G-day scheme and its amendments on the companies’ use of temporary redundancies.
